1. Booking Policy

  • All reservations are subject to availability.

  • Bookings can be made online, via telephone, or in person.

  • Guests must provide valid ID, contact details, and payment information to confirm booking.

  • Group bookings or long stays may require an advance payment or deposit.


2. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 12:00 PM IST

  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM IST

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • A valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, etc.) is required at check-in for all guests.


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before check-in.

  • Late Cancellation: 50% charge if canceled within 3–6 days before check-in.

  • Last-Minute/No-Show: Full booking amount charged for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.


4. Modification of Bookings

  • Changes in dates or number of guests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

  • Modifications must be requested at least 72 hours prior to check-in.


5. Room Occupancy

  • Room tariff includes double occupancy unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Extra persons or children above 6 years are chargeable.

  • Children under 6 years can stay free if using existing bedding.


6. Guest Conduct and Behaviour

  • Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, property, and other guests.

  • Abusive language, aggression, or property damage may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

  • Smoking, drinking, or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.


7. No-Smoking & Alcohol Policy

  • Hotel Mandakini is a non-smoking property.

  • Smoking in rooms or common areas incurs a β‚Ή2,000 fine.

  • Alcohol consumption and possession of contraband substances are strictly forbidden.


8. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on hotel premises under any circumstances.


9. Use of Hotel Facilities

  • Facilities (restaurant, parking, garden, etc.) are for registered guests only.

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
